


The Brief
BuddyCompany is a one-stop-shop that offers services for the home. With their verticals Techbuddy, Taskrunner, Wellbe and Tidyapp they offer anything from cleaning, gardening, drill, painting, transportation and installation.
With an easy click, customers can download the app and book a Buddy to come to their home and complete a task.


Strategy
The first strategy is to create and implement a 1-year marketing plan in the form of a "content calendar" on a weekly / monthly basis, aswell as produced an infosheet to send out to potential customers with offering services..
The second strategy was to create influencer collaborations content campaigns, mentioning BuddyCompany to increase instagram followers growth.
The final strategy was to create multiple cross-selling emails and content between the different verticals, to increase sales and new member monthly subscriptions.
Implementation and Results
-The collaboration was made with Pernilla Wahlgren, Carolina Gynning and Jessica Almenäs.
-231 new followers on Buddycompanys instagram,
- 22% sale increase
-Easter ad campaign post on instagram and facebook with a discount code.
- 40 new member subscriptions
